1. General provisions
These terms and conditions apply to the purchase of products and services on the website www.hotelkastiel.sk. The conditions further define and specify the rights and obligations of the seller, which is: MAJOR PALACE s.r.o. with its registered office at Klatovská 21, 831 04 Bratislava, ID number: 44203802, VAT number: 2022634933, VAT ID: SK2022634933.
Relations between the seller and the buyer – consumer, unregulated business conditions are governed by the Civil Code (No. 40/1964 Coll.) And the Consumer Protection Act (No. 250/2007 Coll.). Relations between the seller and the buyer – entrepreneur not regulated by business conditions are governed by the Commercial Code.
2. Order
The buyer orders selected services by filling out an electronic order form. The buyer is obliged to check the order before sending it and possibly correct it. The sent order is binding and the buyer and seller have mutual rights and obligations, ie. the seller undertakes to mediate the ordered services to the buyer and the buyer undertakes to pay the purchase price of the services.
By sending the order, the buyer confirms that he has read the business conditions for the purchase on the website www.hotelkastiel.sk and that he unconditionally agrees with them. These terms and conditions, published on the seller’s website, are an integral part of the purchase contract, which arises from the completion and submission of the order.
3. Product prices
Prices of products and services can be found in the order or on the website www.hotelkastiel.sk/ubytovanie.
4. Form of payment
Payment by online payment card will take place immediately after filling in and sending the order form and after entering and confirming the payment details in the payment gateway.
5. Method of payment
Payment methods are connected to the payment gateway of Tatra banka a.s., which provides secure technology for accepting payment cards and online bank transfers.
Payment options: Online payment card: VISA, VISA electron, MasterCard, Maestro.
6. Delivery time
When ordering, the buyer fills in the exact date of use of the service in the order. Any changes to the reservation (change of date, number of persons, etc.) are possible after confirmation of the reservation only if the operating and / or capacity of the hotel allows it. The customer has no legal right to change the reservation after confirming the reservation.
If the customer requests such a change of the confirmed reservation, which cannot be satisfied by the operator due to capacity or other operational reasons, the operator is not obliged to comply with the customer’s request to change the confirmed reservation and the operator has the right to reject the customer’s request. other financial or non-financial performance by the operator.
In case of non-use of the reserved services for any reason on the part of the customer or the person who is to be a participant in the stay, or without giving reasons (non-boarding), the customer is not entitled to any financial or non-financial compensation, compensation or damages.
At the time of concluding a distance contract for the provision of services, the customer is not entitled to withdraw from the contract for the provision of services in accordance with § 7 para. 6 letter k) of Act no. 102/2014 Coll. on consumer protection in the sale or provision of services on the basis of a contract concluded at a distance or a contract concluded outside the premises of the seller and on the amendment of certain laws, as amended
The customer can request a change or cancellation of the reservation and related services by phone or e-mail through the hotel reception, where he can change the date after mutual agreement.
7. Responsibility for web content
The Website may be updated without notice and the Services may be changed at any time without notice.
8. Protection of personal data
The company MAJOR PALACE s.r.o. undertakes to fully respect the confidential nature of your personal data, which is secured against unauthorized access and protected against misuse. The data you provide in the order are necessary for your identification as a buyer.
Your personal data and data are stored in a database with strict protection against misuse and are not provided to third parties.
9. Final provisions
These terms and conditions take effect on 04.11.2021. The seller reserves the right to make changes without prior notice.
